How do I place an order?

Can I customize my order?
Yes, you can customize! If you want to change the colour of a balloon - for website orders you can include a note to us on the check out page. If you're ordering via phone or email just let us know which substitutions you'd like to make.

What are your delivery hours? What is the cut-off time for same-day delivery?
We deliver between 9AM and 8PM seven days a week. To receive same-day delivery you have to place your order by 1PM. Please note, same-day delivery slots are limited and fill up fast! Your best bet is to place your order ahead of time.
What areas of the GTA does Balloonery.com serve?
New! Due to additional costs related to COVID-19 safety measures we have had to impose a $9 delivery fee on all Toronto orders. We know delivery fees suck but we hope you understand. Additionally, during the pandemic, we ask that you please place your order in advance when possible. Same-day orders may carry an additional fee. Check out all of our Delivery Zones below:
How long will my balloons float?
11” Latex Balloons with Hi-Float: 1-3 Weeks
11" Confetti-Filled Latex Balloons with Hi-Float: 2-3 Days
16” Latex Balloons with Hi-Float: 3-7 Weeks
16" Confetti-Filled Latex Balloons with Hi-Float: 2-3 Days
Foil Balloons: 2-5 Days
11” Latex Balloons without Hi-Float: 12-24 Hours
16” Latex Balloons without Hi-Float: 30+ Hours
*The environment and the temperature at which the balloons are stored has an effect on float times so we’re unable to guarantee exact times.
What happens if no one is home?
If no one is available to accept the delivery the balloons will be bagged and left securely at your front door or with a front desk concierge. We usually tie the bag to a door handle, railing or some other structure so they don't blow-away. If there is no where secure to leave them or the delivery is refused there is a redelivery fee of $20 and you will need to let us know the new delivery time and location.
Will my balloons be delivered in the time window I selected?
We strive to deliver on time but of course life (and Canadian weather) happens and if we’re unable to make the preferred time window we will still deliver that day. In extreme cases on days with inclement weather, when we’re stuck in a city pot hole, and are unable to make a delivery... we will get in touch with you.
Can Balloonery.com deliver to hospitals?
COVID-19 UPDATE: We're no longer delivering to hospitals until further notice. Absolutely! Hospitals have regulations on latex balloons but we specialize in hospital friendly foil only bouquets.
Why do my foil balloons look under inflated?
We promise you they’re not! When delivered in cold weather or left in a cold environment the foil balloons may temporarily shrivel up but the balloons will spring up to full size at room temperature.
How can I avoid popping the balloons?
Balloons are sensitive creatures. Please keep them away from direct sunlight, the outside winter cold, sharp objects, hot objects (i.e. light bulbs!), and stucco/ popcorn ceilings.
Will my balloons look like the picture?
Forget the days of online photos that are more flattering than real life. Here at Balloonery.com our photos help us show you what you’re getting... but if we’re being honest, our customers say the balloons are BETTER in person. We always surprise everyone with how JUMBO our jumbo sized 16” balloons really are.
What is your refund policy?
If there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch. We’ll make it right, whatever it takes!
What if I have to cancel my order?
For a full refund, please contact us by 10am the day BEFORE delivery as we have to prepare your order in advance. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of delivery.
