Most definitely! At Balloonery we do everything from single balloons to megascale event installations. No job is too big or too small. Please get in touch with us to discuss your vision.

I want to get something for my event but I don’t see it on your website?

Custom orders are kinda our thing! Our website constitutes just a sampling of what we can do. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss your vision. We would be honoured and delighted to help you bring it to life!

Can I order balloons for a balloon release?

As a member of PEBA (Pro Environmental Balloon Alliance), Balloonery does not offer balloons for use in release. Even though our balloons are biodegradable, released balloons do eventually land and can be harmful to wildlife.

Do the balloons come helium-filled? Do they need a weight?

All of our balloon bouquets come helium-filled, treated with hi-float, on ribbon and weight - all ready to go for your celebration!

How do I place an order?

Can I place a same-day order?

Same-day orders are possible in select cities only. Please contact us to find out the cut-off time for orders in your area.

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! For simple changes like swapping balloon colors, just use the Special Instructions box at checkout (usually found under ‘Customize this bouquet’ > ‘Special Instructions’).

For more elaborate customizations, feel free to contact us by phone or email—one of our décor specialists will be happy to bring your vision to life.Pro tip: Sharing inspiration photos or color samples helps us get it just right!

How long will my balloons float?

We only use high-quality natural rubber in our latex balloons and treat them with hi float.

16” Latex Balloons with Hi-Float: 1 Week

Foil Balloons: 4 Days*The environment and the temperature at which the balloons are stored have an effect on float times, so we’re unable to guarantee exact times. Balloons that are used outdoors may last as little as one day.**Custom-printed balloons are only recommended for a day or two. After that, the print may show bubbling or peeling.

Will my balloons look like the picture?

Forget the days of online photos that are more flattering than real life. Here at Balloonery.com our photos help us show you what you’re getting... but if we’re being honest, our customers say the balloons are BIGGER and BETTER in person.

What is your refund policy?

If there’s an issue with your order after delivery, please contact us right away. We handle these situations case-by-case, and our goal is always to do whatever it takes to make it right. Sometimes we can guide you through a quick fix over the phone (like untangling balloons over the phone), other times a redelivery or refund may be appropriate, especially if the issue can’t be resolved.

Please note: We cannot offer refunds for balloons that pop or deflate after delivery, as we can’t control their environment once they’ve left our care.

What if I have to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, we offer full refunds for cancellations made by 8am (local time) the day before your scheduled delivery. We often begin preparing orders the day prior, so we need enough notice to issue a full refund.

For large orders that require special materials to be sourced, refunds might not be eligible after those materials have been sourced.

What areas do you deliver to?

Balloonery is rapidly expanding to more cities and regions. Please visit our delivery Zones page here to see if we deliver in your area.

Will my balloons be delivered in the time window I selected?

We do our best to deliver on time. If for any reason we miss your time window, we will still deliver that day, as close to your window as possible, In extreme cases on days with inclement weather, when we’re stuck in a city pot hole, and are unable to make a delivery... we will get in touch with you.

If you paid for a 2 or 3 hour window and we missed that window by than 15 minutes we will refund the premium you paid for that time slot.

What is the delivery price?

Delivery pricing depends on the type of product (for example, a simple bouquet vs a decor piece that requires set-up), the delivery address, and the time window. For an exact delivery fee, please add the item(s) to your cart, and you will then see the delivery fee on the checkout page before placing the order.
