As a member of PEBA (Pro Environmental Balloon Alliance), Balloonery does not offer balloons for use in release. Even though our balloons are biodegradable, released balloons do eventually land and can be harmful to wildlife.

All of our balloon bouquets come helium-filled, treated with hi-float, on ribbon and weight - all ready to go for your celebration!

Foil Balloons: 4 Days*The environment and the temperature at which the balloons are stored have an effect on float times, so we’re unable to guarantee exact times. Balloons that are used outdoors may last as little as one day.**Custom-printed balloons are only recommended for a day or two. After that, the print may show bubbling or peeling.

If there’s an issue with your order after delivery, please contact us right away. We handle these situations case-by-case, and our goal is always to do whatever it takes to make it right. Sometimes we can guide you through a quick fix over the phone (like untangling balloons over the phone), other times a redelivery or refund may be appropriate, especially if the issue can’t be resolved.

Please note: We cannot offer refunds for balloons that pop or deflate after delivery, as we can’t control their environment once they’ve left our care.

If you need to cancel your order, we offer full refunds for cancellations made by 8am (local time) the day before your scheduled delivery. We often begin preparing orders the day prior, so we need enough notice to issue a full refund.

For large orders that require special materials to be sourced, refunds might not be eligible after those materials have been sourced.

We do our best to deliver on time. If for any reason we miss your time window, we will still deliver that day, as close to your window as possible, In extreme cases on days with inclement weather, when we’re stuck in a city pot hole, and are unable to make a delivery... we will get in touch with you.

If you paid for a 2 or 3 hour window and we missed that window by than 15 minutes we will refund the premium you paid for that time slot.

Delivery pricing depends on the type of product (for example, a simple bouquet vs a decor piece that requires set-up), the delivery address, and the time window. For an exact delivery fee, please add the item(s) to your cart, and you will then see the delivery fee on the checkout page before placing the order.

We promise you they’re not! When delivered in cold weather or left in a cold environment, the foil balloons may temporarily shrivel up, but the balloons will spring up to full size at room temperature.

If you need delivery for an event outside of our regular hours, we suggest ordering for an earlier time. You can rest assured the balloons will last well over 24-hours and still look great for your event. For example, if your event is before 9am, just order delivery for the day before.

If you still need delivery or tear-down outside our normal hours or for a narrow time window, please contact us. Additional fees may apply.

Yes, Balloonery can deliver to hospitals however there are a couple of important things to keep in mind.

1. Some hospitals do not allow latex balloons. Look for bouquets labelled 'hospital friendly' (most bouquets in the 'Get Well Section' have an option to upgrade to all foil).

2. Patients often move throughout the hospital and sometimes locating them can be a challenge. Please make sure you provide us with current patient information so that we can find them. 

3. For new parents, receiving balloons to welcome the new bundle of joy is amazing! However, we always recommend sending them to the home to greet them on arrival rather than the hospital. Mom and Dad have enough to schlep home with the car seat and baby already!

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the balloons will be bagged and left securely at your front door or with a front desk concierge. We usually tie the bag to a door handle, railing or some other structure so they don't blow-away. If there is no where secure to leave them or the delivery is refused, there is a redelivery fee of $20, and you will need to let us know the new delivery time and location.

Balloons are sensitive creatures. Please keep them away from direct sunlight, the outside winter cold, sharp objects, hot objects (i.e. light bulbs!), and stucco/ popcorn ceilings.
