We will do our best to match the provided colours but cannot guaranttee an exact match. If we are unable to print your image we will notify you when it goes to print, approximately 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. We reserve the right to reject image submissions at Balloonery's sole discretion.

After adding the item to your cart you will be redirected to the cart page. From the cart page, you can verify the items on your order and select either pick-up or delivery. You will be able to select a delivery/pick-up date and time window. We deliver 9am-5pm 7 days a week.

We also offer pick-up from our store located at 1197 St. Clair Ave W., in Toronto. On St. Clair, just west of Dufferin on the south side.

Yes! All of our bouquets and marquees come helium filled and ready to go! The recipient needs to just pull them out of the bag and viola!

Due to Covid we are no longer able to deliver to hospitals. Other than that, yes we can deliver to all manners of buildings and settings. We go where the party is!

Yes! For colour changes and simple substitutions, press "Show more customizations" above and then enter the details under "Special Instructions". To add some additional balloons, you can either select from the few options under "Show more customizations" or browse our entire catalogue by clicking "All Products" on the top menu and selecting "Individual Balloons".

You will be able to select a 2 or 3 hour delivery window at check out. If you need a more specific time or a delivery outside our normal hours please contact us to confirm availability. Additional fees may I apply. Note: our balloons will last several days so for early morning events we recomend ordering for the day before to avoid having to pay extra for delivery.

Yes! you can select pick-up and choose a date and time at check out. We are located at 1197 St. Clair Ave. W in Toronto. Right at Dufferin and St. Clair.

We only use high quality natural rubber in our latex balloons and treat them with hi float. As a result they last a really long time!
